There are two ways to work with TakeItEZTech. A Rescue & Setup visit fixes what's in front of you — right in your home. Tutoring sessions teach you the skills so you're comfortable handling things on your own next time. Most people start with a visit.

Watch is what runs in the background so you're not the one keeping an eye on things. It includes antivirus and scam protection, automatic backup, remote support access when something comes up, and a monthly check-in call just to make sure everything's still running the way it should. Members will also get a discounted rate on Tech Rescue visits once Watch launches.

Common Questions
What if the problem turns out to be bigger than expected — like a cracked screen or a hard drive that's failing?
Hardware repair and data recovery aren't something we take on — that's outside what we do. We'll tell you plainly if that's what's going on, and point you toward someone who can help.
Can you set up networking for my whole house, or a home office/business?
Whole-home networking and business setups are outside what we do. We'll let you know if that's what you're describing.
Do I need to know what's wrong before I book?
Not at all. "Something's not working right" is a perfectly good reason to book a visit.
Does Watch replace an in-home visit?
No — Watch is what happens quietly in the background between visits. If something needs hands-on fixing, that's what a Visit is for.
What actually happens during the monthly check-in?
A quick look to confirm backups are running, protection is active, and nothing looks off — so small problems get caught before they become big ones.
When does Watch launch?
