Before I ever called myself a tech guy professionally, I was one at home. Growing up, I was the person my parents called whenever technology gave them trouble — a frozen computer, a confusing app, an email that didn't feel right. I didn't think much of it. It was just what you did for family.
As my parents got older, I started to see something bigger. They weren't the only ones struggling — seniors everywhere are navigating a world that assumes everyone grew up with a smartphone in hand. And too often, they're the specific target of scammers who count on confusion, isolation, and trust to take advantage of them.
That's why TakeItEZTech exists. It's not just a tech support business — it's an extension of what I already did for my own family, now offered to yours. Every visit comes from the same place: a genuine want to help people feel confident and safe with their technology, not taken advantage of by it.
I believe technology should make life easier, not more stressful or dangerous — especially for the people who built the world we live in today. If I can do for your parents what I did for mine, then TakeItEZTech is doing exactly what it's meant to do.
Background
Before this, I served in the U.S. Air Force as a network engineer. That's where the patience, the security-mindedness, and the habit of double-checking everything come from — and it's the same discipline I bring into your home. I'm also a disabled veteran, and this business is built to run the way I'd want a business run: honestly, and without pressure.

TakeItEZTech serves Phoenix and Maricopa County. I show up in person, which means I only take on the area I can actually reach and know well.
