For Families

You're not there. That's the hard part.

Maybe your mom or dad is a few states away, or just far enough that you can't run over and look at their screen yourself. Something's not working, or worse — you're worried they clicked on something they shouldn't have, or gave information to someone they shouldn't have trusted. And you're trying to walk them through it over the phone, both of you getting more frustrated by the minute.

That's exactly the gap we fill.

What this looks like

Think of TakeItEZTech as the local, trusted person who shows up in person so you don't have to talk your parent through it from a thousand miles away. We hold every visit to one standard: if we'd do it for our own parents, we'll do it for yours. That means patience, plain English, and never fixing — or charging for — something that wasn't broken.

How the three offerings work for your family

For the one-time "something's wrong and I can't fix it from here" moments, a Tech Rescue & Setup Visit gets someone in the door, in person, same standard every time.

EZ Rescue & Setup Visit

For the 'I want to actually learn this' moments, EZ Tutoring gets someone patiently teaching, one-on-one, so it sticks for next time.

EZ Shield (coming soon)

For the ongoing "I just want to know someone's keeping an eye on things" peace of mind — especially scam protection, which is often the biggest worry — TakeItEZ Shield (coming soon) runs quietly in the background between visits.

What you can expect from me

I'll tell you plainly if something's outside what I do rather than trying to stretch to cover it — no upselling into services we don't offer. If you want to be looped in on what happened during a visit, just ask; I'm happy to keep you posted. And if I ever think something looks like a scam attempt targeting your parent, I'll say so directly.

Trust, for you specifically

I'm a disabled veteran and former U.S. Air Force network engineer, based in and serving Phoenix/Maricopa County. I started this business after years of doing exactly this for my own parents — I know what it's like to be the one fielding the tech calls, and I built this to be the thing I wished existed for my own family.

Not ready to book yet? Ask a question first — or go ahead and book a visit for your parent.
